About
The person behind the studio
Creative Contraband Productions is José Rizzo’s studio — editor, director, and multilingual storyteller based in Copenhagen.
I’ve been crossing borders since I was 90 days old. Adapting was never a skill I had to learn. It was the starting point. With each relocation came more perspective, and a growing obsession with what connects us across cultures.
Now I bring all of that to video. As a one-person studio, my focus is simple: telling your story with clarity, care, and cultural intelligence.
I’m especially interested in helping Danish and Scandinavian companies communicate their stories in Spanish-speaking markets... though the right story is always worth telling, wherever it needs to land.
